TOUR PRICE
Unless stated otherwise, the tour price listed is per person based on 2 people sharing a room. Single, triple and quad rates are either listed on the brochure or you can call Big Jim Tours at 1-888-999-9381 for the rate on the tour of interest to you.
TOUR PRICE INCLUDES
Our tours select connections at convient places which are listed in the brochure; all tours are conducted personally by Jim and Crystal; deluxe motorcoach, driver, local guides; all lodging; baggage handling; all sightseeing and attractions listed in the tour brochure; all taxes and gratuties on all tour events.
MEALS
Meals are not included in the tour price except those that are specifically listed in the itinerary. Many of the hotels we stay at have a complimentary continental breakfast. During the day when traveling we make every effort to stop at restaurants, buffets, or fast-food restaurants that offer reasonable prices. You can figure to spend about $15-25 per day on average on meals. Many of our rest breaks will be at fast-food restaurants, because they usually give prompt service and have clean restrooms.FINAL DOCUMENTS
Final documents will be sent about two weeks to departure. These documents will include estimated times of departure and return for each pickup location. Also included is the name, address, and phone numbers of major stops of the tour. Included with your final documents will be the luggage tag for your large suitcase for the tour. Place this tag on your suitcase prior to leaving home.CLOTHING
Travel light and pack casual clothes. Remember this is your vacation, and wash and wear clothes work best. A sweater or jacket to wear on the motorcoach is a good idea. Also layered clothes makes it easy to adjust to weather changes. Make sure and wear comfortable shoes.
RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS
To reserve your seat for a tour call us toll free at 1-888-999-9381. A $50 per person deposit is required on all motorcoach tours. Deposits for cruises will vary depending on the cruise. If you call and make a reservation we will hold your seat for one week while you send in your deposit. If we receive after one week and there is still a vacancy we will reserve your seat.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We realize that circumstances may cause you to cancel your trip plans. If you must cancel we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. There is no penalty if noticication of cancellation is given 14 or more days prior to the day of departure except when a brochures states specific cancellation penalities. If the cancellation is less than 14 days prior to departure then cancellation fee is your deposit. Cancellation on cruises are established by each cruise line.
FINAL PAYMENT
Final payment for motorcoach tours is when you board the coach to begin your tour. Final payment date for cruises varies by cruise line.
REST STOPS
We will have a rest stop every two to three hours.
SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted on the motorcoach at any time.
RESPONSIBILITY
Big Jim Tours and all persons acting as agents accept no responsibility or liability for delays, damage, or loss of property, or injury to persons while on a Big Jim Tour. We reserve the right to modify tghe cost or the schedule of the tour if necessary. Big Jim Tours reserves he right to accept or withdraw any tour if circumstances demand it. Big Jim Tours reserves the right to retain or decline membership of a tour to any person either before or during the trip. Expenses incurred to return home from the tour will be the responsibility of the individual. Application for a reservation on a tour indicates full acceptance of the foregoing conditions.
